Assistance with bathroom activities (incontinence, inconsistency, urgency, accidents). Assistance with bathing (shower, bath, sponge bath). Personal hygiene (hair care, skin care, application of lotion, oral hygiene).

Assistance with mobility (transferring assistance, walking, light exercise to retain and strengthen mobility).
Hygiene/Grooming Care
